Shipping & Returns

 

We will ship all goods on recite of full payment via a valid credit card, by the best possible means, this includes but not limited to couriers and or Australia Post. All goods will be shipped as soon as possible and we will endeavour to inform you of any delays.

We will honor the manufactures warranty of any goods we sell. All faulty goods should be returned to us for inspection, and then we will forward them on to the manufacturer or their Australian agent for repair or replacement, as they see fit, of the goods in question.

Any goods returned due to incorrect sizing or other such issue are to be returned in a reasonable time from date of purchase for replacement of correct size or other.

If you wish to return the goods for a refund, first inform us what goods you returning and the invoice or other such reference number, all returned goods must be returned in a clean unused state in the goods correct and undamaged packaging, you may then choose to have your money held in trust by us for your next order, or refunded to the credit card used to order the said goods at a 2.5% handling fee
